Catering Services by Sizzle with Soul

Sizzle with Soul provides full-service and drop-off catering for private and corporate events. To ensure quality, consistency, and proper planning, we operate with clearly defined catering minimums and booking requirements.

Catering Minimum Requirements

To ensure quality, consistency, and proper planning, Sizzle with Soul provides catering services for events serving a minimum of 15 guests.

We do not offer catering services for events with fewer than 15 guests.

For smaller gatherings, we encourage you to explore our pre-order meals, pop-up events, or pickup options when available.

Budget & Planning Requirements

To provide an accurate and meaningful proposal, the following information must be established prior to proposal development:

  • Confirmed guest count (minimum 15)

  • Budget range (per person or total event budget)

  • Menu preferences

  • Event date, time, and location

  • Service type (drop-off, buffet service, or full-service)

Proposals will not be prepared without a stated budget range.

This ensures transparency, alignment, and respect for both your investment and our planning time.

Proposal & Quoting Policy

Quotes are based on confirmed event details, including guest count, menu selection, and service level. Changes to the scope of service or guest count may require a revised quote.

Pricing is not guaranteed until a signed agreement and deposit are received. Dates are not held without a deposit.

To provide added flexibility during the decision process, we can hold your event date for up to 48 hours with a refundable deposit of $50 while you review your proposal. If you move forward, this amount will be applied toward your final balance. If you choose not to proceed within the 48-hour window, the deposit will be refunded.

All proposals are time-sensitive and subject to availability.

Booking & Commitment

To secure your event:

  • A signed catering agreement is required

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the date

  • Remaining balance is due prior to the event date

Dates are not held without a deposit.

For private events (weddings, celebrations, family gatherings), we strongly encourage all decision-makers to be aligned before requesting quotes or proposals. This allows us to present the best options and prevents unnecessary revisions or delays.
